Dispensing Optician – FT/PT considered

Are you a dispensing optician looking for a challenge or a change?

Stephen Rea Opticians is a well-established practice with a very loyal customer base, with both private and NHS patients. We are a small, well organised, and professionally driven team, who work together to give the best levels of customer care and to maintain our outstanding reputation. We offer a high standard of eye care in a modern, safe, and clean environment, and are proud of our friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We are primarily a Hoya Lens practice. It is essential to have an up-to-date knowledge of available lenses and to be commercially aware for the ongoing success of the business. You will be expected to have a friendly and personable approach with a strong work ethic. Customer focus is key, as is the ability to build a great, friendly, working relationship with your colleagues and patients.

You will have the opportunity to discuss the recommendation cards given to the patient in the consulting room and then supply the best lens options for their needs. You will also be involved in frame purchasing. As part of the team, you will be expected to offer advice, sharing your dispensing knowledge with customers and the support staff.

Please apply in writing with CV to 18C Cregagh Road, Belfast, BT6 9EP.
